What you’ll do
Convert warm inbound inquiries into qualified mortgage applications through proactive, consultative conversations
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the loan lifecycle
Conduct in-depth phone consultations to educate and guide customers through the mortgage process
Keep follow-ups and activity organized and current in the CRM
Deliver exceptional post-application support to strengthen lasting relationships
Uphold regulatory requirements and manage associated risk
What we’re looking for
Confident, empathetic communicator who’s comfortable on the phone and knows how to move a conversation forward
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or relevant financial software
Ability to work in-office and participate in on-site training (Monday–Friday, varying hours)
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in mortgage sales/banking/financial services with strong mortgage product knowledge
Highly desired: NMLS registration under the SAFE Act (Loan Originator—Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending)
