Interviewing for a media-related position might feel very different from other application processes. It is important to do ample research on the company and culture of an employer before showing up for your interview. It is not uncommon for applicants of Communication Specialists roles to be given a “field assignment,” “case study,” or “homework” in preparation for an interview. Applicants in media and film should expect to be asked question about their production experience. Being ready and well-practiced is half the battle in acing your interview!
